The Homeopathic HCG Diet and Eggs

Using the low calorie diet successfully is tough. But the homeopathic HCG weight loss program manages to do it successfully; it’s one of the few that does. In this particular instance low calorie diet means 500 calories per day. Very low calorie diets tend to lead to disaster when not handled correctly. But in combination with the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula and proper diet guidance, dieters average 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per day throughout the length of the diet.

The low calorie diet is successful for HCG dieters because of the natural benefits provided by the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula. But it isn’t the only requirement for the diet. The formula must be paired with the required diet. The foods approved while on the diet is very, very short. And it must be followed. The only foods allowed while on the homeopathic HCG diet are the vegetables, fruits, proteins and starches actually listed as approved on the official list.

Many critics and skeptical potential dieters scoff at the list as being unnecessarily rigid. What they don’t acknowledge is that not only is every approved food on the list for a reason, but every other seemingly healthy, but not approved food, is not on the list for a reason. The approved food list is designed to maximize the weight loss of every dieter.

One major fallout that many dieters have with the homeopathic HCG diet’s approved food list is the lack of eggs. Eggs seem like an appropriate protein while dieting, right? But they’re not on the list.

So one of the most commonly asked questions regarding the approved foods is, “What about eggs?” Regardless of how many times the question is asked the answer is always the same. Eggs are not on the approved food list. So that means they aren’t an approved protein while on the homeopathic HCG diet.

There are, of course, those dieters who take it upon themselves to alter the dieting rules. They might add in a vegetable here or a fruit there that isn’t on the approved food list. And they might still lose weight. But the list of approved foods is there to maximize weight loss so adjusting your eating off plan only means that you could have lost more. And if you’re working hard to stick to the diet you might as well actually STICK to the diet!

  • The HCG diet may be drastic for most people but so are the results. Various HCG protocols are pretty clear about eating while on a HCG diet but there also are forums and sites designed to help clear up any confusion regarding HCG weight loss plans.
