These are terms you should know, as they affect your health. I have written an article to assist you in making a decision with the needed information.

What are “Probiotics”?

Probiotics are actually live microorganisms, such as live bacteria or yeasts. When these microorganisms are administered in adequate amounts, they have health benefits. A very common probiotic is lactic acid bacteria or LAB. It can be found in yogurt. This is what gives them a sour taste, it also is what contains the characteristic of being able to lower your pH.

How do Probiotics work?

Probiotics also aid in lowering your pH. These are most often used to help promote and restore intestinal flora to help ward against infection. As an example, antibiotics are known to alter the intestinal flora and cause stomach upset. To prevent this, eat plenty of yogurt containing lactic acid bacteria.

Probiotics are used to treat many ailments as well as to prevent them. They are commonly used for allergies, to strengthen the immune system, IBS, for exposure to toxic substances, to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and for diarrhea.

What is EM Technology?

Microorganism Technology or EM Technology was developed in the 1970s by a Japanese horticulturist named Teruo Higa. Through his study, research and testing, he reportedly was able to positively influence decomposing matter so that it actually stopped decomposing.
